Floé, graffiti artist, lives on the Reunion Island. She draws powerful and generous women, with multiple facets, both fragile and strong, ungainly and sexy, fierce and provocative, happy and tortured... Contortionists, constantly negotiating with their bodies. These women are often multi-colored because as the artist says: "We are all white, black, yellow, red, green etc... ".
For Floé, it is about bringing the viewer to see the beauty springing from what is generally considered "ugly" (bulges, hair, pimples or freckles, etc.), but also to recognize the beauty of those who dare to break the locks and send back to the camps the codes of well-being or socially accepted well-wishing. By just being themselves in front of the world, they shine.
