Yes! Delivery is free in France for purchases over €50 including tax, for delivery to a pick-up point.

Files and creation
Using our online customisation tool, you can import your image in the following formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS and AI.

The image must be proportional in size to the chosen puzzle.
For example, for a personalized 500-piece puzzle (33 x 47 cm), it is recommended that you upload a photo of the same size for optimal results.
Our customization tool automatically analyzes the quality of your image. If the resolution is insufficient, a message will appear inviting you to choose a more suitable photo.
Yes, of course! You can add a first name, message, logo, or date to your puzzle. Our online interface allows you to freely place graphic elements wherever you want.
We do not offer custom graphic design services, but our team is available to assist you if you encounter any difficulties with the customization tool.
No, this option is not currently available. We print your images as they are sent to us, to ensure a faithful and uniform rendering across the entire surface of the puzzle.

Yes. In compliance with the law, we cannot reproduce registered logos or images (e.g., Disney, Marvel, trademarks, etc.). If a protected image is used, the order will be automatically canceled.
